Dr. Danielle Bersabe is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina and completed residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) while serving in the United States Air Force (USAF). As a hospitalist and primary care physician in the USAF, she was very involved in teaching with the residency program and completed two tours in Afghanistan. Since completing her active duty service, she has continued her practice in the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Dr. Bersabe is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and board certified in Internal Medicine. She is also certified in obesity medicine through the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Bersabe has a special interest in wellness, lifestyle medicine, and weight management. While away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
